Dear Supervisor Chiavetta & Town Councilman & Woman:
We respectfully request that the following item be part of the subject meeting's agenda with time allowed for questions from the floor:
An explanation of the legal procedures by which a Brant Town law or ordinance, such as the present "no private landfilll/waste/dump" can be rescinded, revised and/or amended. Would such a process include a public referendum?
As a group of concerned residents we will appreciate this information and clarification prior to the Public Meeting on September 12, 3000.
